Was born in 1969 in village Hvardiiske, Symferopol district, Crimea region.

He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine in May 1987.

Service career:
Prior to his appointment as the Commandant of the Central Research Institute of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he served on a different positions in the Odesa Military District and in the Operational Command “South” such as a parachute platoon commander, parachute company commander, airborne battalion deputy commander for airborne training, airborne battalion commander, 79th Separate Airmobile regiment Chief of Staff – First Deputy Commander, 79th Separate Airmobile brigade Chief of Staff – First Deputy Commander, 79th Separate Airmobile brigade Commander and Deputy Chief of the Military Academy (Odesa).

Education:
1992 – Ryazan Higher Command Airborne School, specialization: tactical command of airborne troops.
2006 – National Defence Academy of Ukraine, operational and tactical level military command officer.
2020 – National Defence Academy of Ukraine, operational and strategic level military command officer.

Deployments:
1997-1998 – service in the 240th separate special battalion, UNPROFOR in the former Yugoslavia.
2008-2009 – service in the 56th separate military unit, Ukrainian peacekeeping contingent, UN mission in the Republic of Liberia (UNMIL).
Also 2015 – service (combat) tasks for the defence of Mariupol in the anti-terrorist operation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions to.

Awards and decorations:
Medals: "For participation in the anti-terrorist operation", "For Valiant Military Service to the Motherland", "Defender of Ukraine", "Military Honour Cross", "For Exemplary Service".
